Just made this and I'm a fan. I saw comments about it being watery so I simmered without the lid so the liquid would evaporate. I don't handle spice well so fire roasted tomatoes are a good level. This was my first time cooking gnocchi and it came out good. A little gummy, but I'm not sure if there's a way to change that. I enjoy the spices that are in it. I used a lot more salt for flavor enhancement. I'll make again if my boyfriend enjoys it
