This was really good but I changed some things. I roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and (a left over zucchini & eggplant that I needed to use). I roasted the veggies with olive oil, & Italian spices in the oven for about 15- 20 min. I think this way gives it more flavor. I made the sauce (added an extra tsp of honey). I cooked the chicken & onions according to directions, then added in tomatoes, mozzarella balls & sauce until heated through. I served over a bed a arugula.
