Hi Dearest! So excited to make this, one of my favorite fillings. When you say repeat 3 to 4 times do you mean straining the juices and reducing the strained liquid to half its amount and cover the pumpkin again and let it sit for 2 to 8 hours and repeat the same thing? I haven’t tried this method in the past and just want to make sure I’m doing it right. I just wasn’t sure if I should reduce the liquid each time.
