← Replies in Chef Boyardee Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

While I realize that pasta may have originated in China, it was not then nor is it now served with a rich,tomato–based sauce. And Chef Boyardi is an American Company originally founded by an Italian Immigrant. This definitely doesn't belong in a Chinese community.

I found this recipe in the community "Chinese Cuisine", although it's no longer posted there. I suspect whoever posted it read my comment and removed it. You can remove recipes you post in the wrong community and the community owner can remove any recipe, but others cannot. It's just that it sort of disrupted my search for soy umami to see tomato umami. To be fair, I suspect most inappropriate postings are just slips of the finger while scrolling through to find the community to post to.

I assume people in many countries eat spaghetti. But just because some Chinese people may eat spaghetti doesn't make spaghetti Chinese cuisine. These communities help people find recipes that meet certain criteria, and no one goes to the Chinese Cuisines community to find tomato based pasta recipes.
