We didn't have the Chipotle honey mustard locally, so I rubbed on some Chipotle pepper dry seasoning. I also subbed the ingredients for the BBQ sauce with some sweet baby rays. Also, I cooked it in the slow cooker as my meat would not fit in my instapot.
