I had leftover spaghetti meat sauce to use. I found this recipe and the chicken & the sauce went really well together. The chicken was really crispy. The only thing I'd do differently is up the temp of the oven a little. At 5200 ft, everything takes longer than the directions say. I also served with a side of noodles that I dressed up with pearl onions & garlic.
