this is a really super great recipe that I’m gonna keep on rotation. For this one, I added celery and carrots, which came out perfectly cooked. - you know not the mushy kind!
I used leg quarters and simply cut them in to their respective pieces and sliced the onion used Mexican oregano, and I would suggest with the fruit being the oranges and the limes , that you stay with the orange slices at five and that you reduce the limes by three limes instead of five. It made it way too tangy sour so I had to add yogurt into this recipe to make it better but it’s a keeper for sure! So easy to put together and fast! I used a very gorgeous bright green olive that was a specialty olive, which I cannot recall. The name of this is a fabulous meal!
