Nice! Its definitely a breakfast food rather than a dessert, so don't expect it to taste exactly like a classic cheesecake. I almost doubled the amount of syrup in the filling and it still didn't taste super sweet, just sweet enough to neutralise the cottage cheese taste. But I don't want to eat actual cake for breakfast, so I am totally fine with that!
I doubled the recipe and it still filled one casserole dish, probably about 8 servings. Used a little bit of cream cheese when I ran out of cottage cheese.
