I adjusted the recipe for a serving of 4. This is probably not helpful for novice cooks. I made this with using all the of ingredients listed, just not in the amount listed. I followed the Parmesan cheese/sour cream mix exactly. The rest not so much. I used 4 large chicken thighs. Not sure how that works out weight wise. I also used what made me happy as to the amount of artichoke hearts, plus at least a cup, maybe a cup and a half of mushrooms and at least four large green onions. Husband liked it and he never commented on anything. I also cooked to done, not al dente, 1/3rd box of rigatoni. I added this to the mixture prior to baking. Perfect
