It's a good recipe, though I made the horrible mistake of using regular soy sauce instead of low-sodium soy sauce, and it was much, much too salty as a result. Don't repeat my mistake, go get some low-sodium soy like the recipe calls for!
Aside from that, super flavorful. I put it in the slow cooker for a few hours rather than cooking all together on the stove, which made for some very tender chicken and delicious, well-blended flavor. I'm sure it will be similarly good done all on the stovetop, but do give the slow cooker route a try, it's another good option.
