I opted to do this over rice instead of with buns. I also did a “cooked” coleslaw as my husband is not a fan of raw vegetables.
1) I sautéed cabbage, carrots, and also a bit of sliced onions until cooked. I then added the apple cider vinegar and sugar and let set while I prepared the patties.
2) The patties were easy to make a flavorful. I opted to add a dash of hot sauce to them instead of to the slaw, and the flavor was good
