I feel like this would make more sense using stars rather than a thumbs up or down (in that case: 3 stars). It's not a bad dish, the recipe perhaps needed to be a lil more specific. Maybe they use a particular kind of salsa that really brings it all together. Maybe my choice of tortilla wasn't excellent.
Regardless, it was rather bland. Also the filling kept getting everywhere, there was no structure but I feel that is mostly my fault (less filing and different cheese to beans&corn ratio would probably fix it).
Not bad but not a recipe I'd recommend. I ate it by drowning it in sauces and I still wasn't pleased.
