This was very good! Pretty quick and easy once you’re done with the chopping. We used the whole onion and added 2 golden potatoes, which was a nice addition. Just chop it fairly small so it cooks faster. We needed a bit more liquid (probably because of the potatoes), and since I was about out of stock we added some water, which worked fine. Then just added more cheese and spices to taste, and it turned out great!
