Cake was too moist, so I am going to reduce the amount of vegetable oil from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup next time and see how that goes. Also, remember to use the parchment paper in the pan to help lift the cake out and help prevent the sides from becoming overdone. Still, very delicisous!
