I'm sorry for the thumbs down, but it wound up dry. I like the idea, but if I did it again, I'd do it with chicken thighs. There are a lot of heating steps in getting this to the table, and I think it might have been more than delicate chicken breast could handle. The flavors definitely work, but the meat texture lets it down. Edit: Made it again with thighs this time, and it absolutely transformed the dish. It was wonderful, succulent and delicious. I guess we're just leg people in this house.
