I added a tablespoon of rum & used one full teaspoon each of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. I swapped the nutmeg for 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves for some extra flavor. The bread was sweet enough with the bananas & applesauce so I used only 1/4 cup of molasses for sweetner. To keep it lighter I used evoo & skipped the frosting. I added raisins to the batter & garnished with chopped pecans. I baked the bread in a 9×5 loaf pan, which helped it bake evenly. Hubby loved it! Will definitely make this again. 🩷
