Sauce was a bit on the sour side, but I used Braggs apple cider vinegar, which is stronger than others, I will use less next time. I will also use less ginger in the marinade next time, it overpowered it as well. The marinade process was spot on, the pork came out so tender. I used pork shoulder and only did the 1 fry cause I was short on time and it still came out crispy. Definitely will make it again.
