The chicken did not cook in the time frame the recipe indicates, and I even got thinly sliced breasts. I had to cook it for another 30 minutes, and even then, the chicken seemed a bit rubbery. It could have had to do with the salsa being a bit on the thinner side, but if I need to drain my salsa or make sure it's extra chunky or something, the recipe needs to indicate that. I likely won't make this again.
