super easy, strong vinegar taste, sweet taste too which probably comes from the ketchup. Very liquidy. i put 1/4 TBSP of butter and flour to thicken it and heated in the microwave for 30 seconds but that didnt help. So, stir everything but the water first than add water as needed maybe? Its goes really well with spring rolls
