I took note of people saying there was too much cheese so I left out the Colby and did 16 oz of cheddar and 16 of mozzarella. I'm surprised nobody mentioned it being too dry. I'm not sure if I'm the odd one out for liking visible liquid in my Mac and cheese, but I added more heavy cream.
