Loved this! The sandwich was amazing, I used a ton of spinach and a can of quartered artichoke just seasoned with salt and pepper. When you cook the artichoke down about 10 minutes it becomes very soft. The hot pepper mayo was a wonderful compliment. Would definitely make this again!
