Add 1-2 cups of water to the shrub and refrigerate. Hard to make into a mocktail.
Nice served with white rum/coconut liquor, peanutbutter whisky, chambord, and Grasshopper cocktail.
Salty caramel whisky is okay, kalua was acidic, and 'creams' will curdle.
