I haven't used this recipe yet and I have Madagascar Vanilla beans. I'm not sure why they recomend Indonesian beans, if it's because they are lesser pensive? Or because Madagascar beans wont work? Im going to try them anyway. However I well look up why they are not used In this paste recipe.
