I was shocked at how good these came out. They were super crunchy/crispy and the chicken inside was perfectly cooked. My only gripe was that the spice mix doesn't taste like KFC - I'll just play around with the herbs and spices next time. Otherwise perfect method and you have to let them rest before eating to make sure the coating sticks.
