This was a very easy recipe! I wanted to try something different with pork chops and found this recipe and gave it a shot. The chops came out falling apart, the onions caramelized perfectly, and I added a baked potato and that just capped it off. I added some extra red pepper for a little more zest. I'll definitely be making this again.
