My mom started to make this around Thanksgiving a few years ago. I've since started making it for breakfast that lasts me and my son most of the week. It's a basic recipe and kind of old. It came from her original crock pot recipe book. I don't use a crock pot or a pressure cooker. I just bake it. It takes about an hour at 350 depending on how wet your ingredients are. Experiment with your cheeses and other veggies you might enjoy in it as well as the spices. Fantastic recipe to cater to your preferences. Or eat as is ;)
