I used 1/2 applesauce 1/2 vegetable oil; only used the honey, no granulated sugar and that was enough sweetness. I’m curious if the baking powder should be reduced/replaced a little: I can taste it even after ensuring it’s mixed homogeneously.
Definitely need 5-10 extra minutes to cook
