← Replies in Bistro French Onion Soup Recipe

Used 4 tbs of butter, and added some thyme while I caramelized the onions. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly and it is SO GOOD. Unfortunately, nobody else in my house likes FOS, but I am going to be eating this for days.
