This is quite a nice dish. Definitely a British version of enchiladas, but tasty nonetheless! I used tomato sauce instead of passata, and tomato paste instead of puree (I think it’s a British to American English difference). I’d recommend using the full amount of tomato sauce (even though it’s slightly more than 1 cans worth). Green onions on top are a nice touch.
