I multiplied it by 20 to be sure there would be enough and there was lots of leftovers. This is an excellent meal prep idea, I divided my leftovers into proper sized amounts and froze them. For persons who are sensitive to potatoes, try either carrots or cauliflower. They are both very tasty in this dish. I used bulk sausage and stirred it until it was all over everything but there were still lumps of sausage. I didn't have fresh sage, or dried either. So, I skipped it. Plenty yummy from the sausage. The boys especially liked it, one told me 3 times how good it was.
