Really nice recipe, but I personally used less cream (about half the amount), and then added cheese to the separate bowlfulls after depending on how cheesy each person wanted it, and it was a huge hit and will definitely be making again.
I didn't have a pressure cooker, so just cooked it on the stove top by frying the onions first, then boiling the veg in the stock until a little soft, then continuing the other steps!
Served it with crusty bread rolls 😊
