Im not vegan but dairy free. I ended up adding an egg to hold it all together. Turned out great but needed a couple extra minutes in the oven.

Thanks for the comment. My son has Alphagal so we follow a lot of vegan recipes. He can't have beef, pork (mammal), dairy or eggs. He can have chicken and fish though.
