Delicious, but "Grate the tomatoes"?? No-one has time for that: I used tinned and they were fine. Did a waist-friendly topping taken from a moussaka recipe (basically, beaten egg, cheese and Greek yoghurt). Also worked well with a veggie (ie ratatouille-style) filling. Top tip: if using long pasta and you want to get nice tidy straight rows like in a restaurant, break the pasta to the size of your dish before cooking it.
