Pros:
- Yummy (good sauce!)
- Easy ingredients
- Healthier than version with noodles
Cons:
- spaghetti squash difficult to cut --> Tip: put holes in the squash before cutting in half and microwave it 5 min.
- Tofu takes a while to make (did not follow recipe, made it in the air fryer. Would boil it first next time).
- No leftovers
