Really really good! I edited it a bit for what I had (subbed lime for lemon juice, English muffin for a brioche bagel) I also added a little bit of mustard into the hollandaise sauce and garnished with paprika and dried parsley. Easiest recipe for hollandaise ever! Also, if you can, use fresh eggs. One of the best uses for a fresh egg ever, it really makes a difference! 🐔🥚
