Fantastic recipe!!! I made this as our Christmas main event, everyone loved it. It's perfect for a special occasion and so easy to make. The best part is that it is perfect for making ahead - just assemble and freeze it prior to baking! I baked for exactly the instructed time and it came out with lovely golden pastry, and perfectly tender salmon inside. Good, fresh salmon isn't cheap, but it's the star of the recipe, so it's worth splashing out on that ingredient.
