Freezing Cooked Beef Wellington
1. Cool Completely: Allow the cooked Beef Wellington to cool down to room temperature.
2. Wrap Properly: Wrap it tightly in storage wrap to prevent freezer burn.
3. Add Foil: After wrapping, cover it with a layer of aluminum foil for extra protection.
4. Use a Freezer Bag: Place the wrapped Wellington in a freezer-safe bag to keep it secure.
Storage Duration
Cooked Beef Wellington can be frozen for up to three months.
Reheating Instructions
When ready to serve, thaw the Beef Wellington in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm the Wellington for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
