Absolutely delicious. I really just used the recipe as a guide. I used a bag of pre-shredded coleslaw mix, some fresh kale, shredded brussel sprouts, Snow peas, red bell pepper, and cilantro for the base. Made the quinoa per the package. Added a whole lot more fresh ginger (I love ginger) and made the dressing pretty much like the recipe calls for. I just don't measure lol
