Yeah. I had never attempted to whip cream with anything in it before so I was sure it wouldn't work, but it came together like a dream. Room temperature mascarpone beaten up first in a stand mixer, toss in some sugar and get that dissolved in the cheese, then add your cream and whip until it's ready. Takes about 5 minutes. Super easy, and convenient when your brain has left the building. By far the easiest thing I'll have to deal with for a while.
