Yeah, lady, you got it. A quick dunk and out with the ladyfingers. You don't even have to use premium espresso. I usually just heat up some water in a bowl and tip in some instant coffee. With all that fat from the cream and the mascarpone, you'll never notice. I still had the Kahlua, but that was for the cook, not the tiramisu.
