These tasted good but totally fell apart in the pan! So strange, as the recipe has so many good reviews. But try as I did with oil or no oil, smaller pancakes, high or low heat, they always got stuck to the pan and fell apart when flipping. This is the same pan and stove that I use to make other pancake recipes with no problems, so that's not the issue... Also, even on the lowest heat, they ended up black on the outside and still raw inside. We still ate the pieces, but it looked like a crime scene on a plate 😅
