← Replies in Fat-Free Whole Wheat Bread for Bread Machines Recipe

More of a personal note for self: I can’t easily get white whole wheat flour (used regular whole wheat) or wheat gluten (learned xantham gum is NOT a great alternative, giving a slimy texture). It was edible but not the bread I was hoping for.
