Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle on salt & pepper. Add rosemary thyme and garlic powder. Add the veggies and condensed soup, and mix thoroughly. Maybe add some onion.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Rip biscuit dough into small pieces, and drop evenly over chicken. Cook an additional hour.
Put the crock pot dish in the oven on 375 for 15 min. to brown the biscuits.
