The flavor is awesome! I put it in the blender since I didn’t have a processor. I had to add a bit more liquid to mine. I added some lemon juice and water so it wouldn’t be too acidic. I also added a laughing cow cheese piece that was garlic and herbs to it. It made it even more creamy. I doubled the recipe I could have gone normal and would have been good almost two or more cucumbers.
