Used half maple pork, half regular pork breakfast sausage. Plus bacon crumbles. Made twice the gravy. Where I come from, we eat potatoes, chicken, and biscuits with our gravy. Lol. I covered it for 30 minutes, then took foil off the last 15. Also, put the dish in when preheating the oven especially if dish is glass.
We put ice cold baking dish in hot oven.
