Pretty good; this was a modification of a Budget Bytes recipe. Intended to use frozen cauliflower but switched to frozen spinach because the store was out. I think this might actually be better. The first time I made it, it seemed like the "dirt" flavor of some of my spices was a little too forward; needs some more umami/richness or possibly acid. A nice change of pace, though, and just as easy as my usual stews with canned beans.
