Great recipe! The only modification I made was instead of a can of black beans. I used one can of dark red and one can of light red kidney beans. I also used a whole can of beef stock.

I actually kept the black beans and added and additional can of dark red kidney beans along with extra broth to compensate. I think I'll omit the black beans and just do extra kidney beans next time.
