This was delicious! I marinated the chicken breast with olive oil and the seasonings in this recipe. I added more seasoning then the recipe called for. I placed the broccoli and onions on the chicken. So the veggies wouldn't stick to the foil. Next time I will only put nutmeg on the sweet potatoes.
