Filling: garlic, onion, ginger, ground chicken, sticky rice, carrots. Seasoned with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, pepper, sesame oil.
Assembled everything raw, including the Napa cabbage that made it hard to roll. Next time, boil the cabbage leaves and pre cook the carrots in the filling.
Drizzled sauce on top after baking in water because they were a little bland: soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, pepper, sesame oil, peanut butter.
With some adjustments, I think we'd make these again.
