Am I missing something? Poke is chunks of marinated raw fish, originating in Hawaii. This dish doesn't have fish but rather chicken, which, thankfully, is cooked. I went on the website through the instructions link, and the author references her other poke bowls which either aren't fish or are cooked fish. Is there any other definition of poke, or does the author simply not know what poke is, and just sees the word "bowl" and assumes.
